Ordering
Placing an order is very easy with our online checkout in six steps. You just have to follow the instructions on the screen:
- Select the product(s) you want and add them to your cart
- Check your cart, fill in your discount code if you have one and proceed to the checkout.
- Log in, sign up or place the order as a guest.
- Enter your address details.
- Carefully review your order, after your order is placed we are not able to change or cancel it. Proceed to checkout.
- Choose one of the different payment options and pay for your order.
Now it's our turn to deliver your order as soon as possible!
After you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. It is possible that this e-mail ends up in your spam folder. We verify whether the personal and payment details provided are complete and truthful. If information is missing or incorrect, we will contact you for more details.
You can add an item to a pending order later as long as the order does not have the status 'shipped' yet. Send us a message via the contact form with your order number and the product and we will send a new invoice.
In general, everything will be back in stock until our print is running out of our collection. That latter it will be mentioned with the product.
When an item exactly comes back is unknown to us. Average this always takes about 1-4 weeks.

Delivery
Measures against the spread of the Corona virus have been taken and will affect us all for the coming time.
Unfortunately for most countries this means there are delays in lead-times which can go up to 3 weeks in countries outside the Benelux.
We are sure these measures are for the good, please listen to you local government and stay safe!
Together we can get through this.
Because of the circumstances we have extended our return period to 30 days.
Please note that our return & refund processes might take longer than usual, due to limitations in our warehouse.

The above shipping rates are from rates and subject to change. The current shipping rates are displayed with your order.
We give an indication of our delivery time for the relevant product in the webshop. Take into account a margin of +/- two weeks on this date. Our bamboo furniture is handmade in Vietnam. This takes about 5 weeks. Then they have to come to the Netherlands by ship. This process also takes about 5 weeks.
The moment the items are loaded onto the ship, we have no idea where it is and when it will arrive. In connection with COVID-19, fewer people are employed and it takes longer for a ship to be unloaded and goods to be cleared at customs. So take into account some delay and always order your bamboo furniture on time.
As soon as we have received the furniture, it will be sent to you immediately.
We try to avoid excessieve use of plastic and paper in our packaging as there is no added value. Our products will be properly folded and wrapped with a thin piece of paper for minimum protection to be aware of our precious enviremont.
If in stock, your order will be shipped on monday, teusday and wednesday. You can always follow the status of your order via your order confirmation email. Nice right? As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an update and a track and trace code. Does the status mail say: are you waiting for stock? Then you have ordered something that is not in stock. Your order will be shipped by default when your entire order is complete. Partial delivery is possible for a fee. We indicate on the website whether the product is in stock, consider whether you want to wait that long for the entire order. Do you want a partial delivery for a fee? Please feel free to contact us or place your order in 2 installments.
The package is offered twice to you or to the neighbors. If the package has not been delivered, it is located at a collection location where it is available for 2 weeks. You will receive a message about this in the letterbox, which can also be checked via your track and trace code. If you have given the wrong address and your package is returned, we will of course send your order again for a fee.
The time between placing an order and processing it is very short. It is only possible when the status is not changed yet to shipped. Because the warehouse starts packing early, it can happen that your order cancelation is read later and the order has already been shipped in the meantime. Unfortunately, for this reason it's no longer possible.
Unfortunately it happens sometimes that a package cannot be delivered and is send back to our warehouse. The moment we receive your package, it will be checked and processed as a return. We will proceed to a full refund.
A return shipment takes longer with the shipping services than a normal shipment. Take into account a processing time of approx. 3-4 weeks.
If you still want to receive the product, you can place a new order on our webshop.
It is common that the tracking does not update its status every day. If the package has not arrived after 2 weeks we will start an investigation at the carrier which can take up to 7 working days to get feedback from. Please contact us only after 2 weeks after it's been send to start an investigation.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Personalized items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
If this item was delivered instead of the item you ordered, we would ask you to contact our customer service
We are sorry to hear the goods are damaged, please contact customer service immediately, no later than 48 hours. Please provide us with your order number & description of the quantity and supported with a photo.
If the package is damaged you should refuse the delivery.
