You can always follow the status of your order via your order confirmation email. Nice right? As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an update and a track and trace code.
Does the status mail say: are you waiting for stock? Then you have ordered something that is not in stock. Your order will be shipped by default when your entire order is complete. Partial delivery is possible for a fee. We indicate on the website whether the product is in stock, consider whether you want to wait that long for the entire order. Do you want a partial delivery for a fee? Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or place your order in 2 instalments.
The package is offered twice to you or to the neighbours. If the package has not been delivered, it is located at a collection location where it is available for 2 weeks. You will receive a message about this in the letterbox, which can also be checked via your track and trace code. If you have given the wrong address and your package is returned, we will of course send your order again for a fee.
Add an item to my pending order
You can add an item to a pending order later as long as the order does not have the status 'shipped' yet. Send us a message via the contact form with your order number and the product and we will send a new invoice.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you reveived your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our warehouse: Yumi Baby Holland, Nipkowweg 2, 8501 XH JOURE.
To return your product, you should send your product to our warehouse:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns sent to a different address than above (pick up points)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you buy something, you are entitled to a good product. If the product breaks within 6 months after purchase, the law assumes that it was already not OK when you bought it. You are then entitled to free repair or replacement. We do not assume that there is something wrong with your product, but if something is not right then this is fine for you and for us if it is solved as quickly and correctly as possible. So when purchasing the baby set, make sure that the warranty period starts after purchasing a product and not from the date the product is in use.
